Spiral Bow Centralizers are best suited for highly demanding horizontal sections, with the bows designed for minimum running forces. The centralizers are constructed with high quality steel with the bows welded for predetermined high side loads.
The finish of the Centralizer is smooth, helping them rotate and float onto casing with lower torque, reduced wear and a low coefficient of friction. The special centering devices also allow for optimal mud displacement during cementation, thereby minimizing pressure drop and enabling superior mud removal.
Standard and Straight Slip on Welded and Heavy Duty Slip on Welded Spiral Bow Centralizers are available
Slip on Welded Spiral Bow – Standard
The standard Spiral Bow Centralizer has spiral blades to provide swirl action to the cement slurry. The stop collars or hinged bolted versions have a cross bolt locking system with ‘one go’ locking for easy installation. Also available in a straight blade version.
Heavy Duty Slip on Welded Spiral Bow – Standard
For more demanding wells the Spiral Bow Centralizer is available in a heavy duty version with spiral blades to provide swirl action to the cement slurry.
This Centralizer is also available in a heavy duty version with straight blades
Integral Stop Collars
All Spiral Bow Centralizers are also available with integral stop collars where set screws are available on the end collars. The stop collars are made from seamless steel pipes with set screws to provide maximum axial forces and gripping action. Its other variant is made from Aluminum Alloy or Zinc Alloy.
Tercel Stop Collars are able to withstand high axial forces with ‘one go’ locking system making them the primary choice of drilling operators.
