Our revolutionary new design redistributes high energy consumption from the center of the drill bit to the more efficient areas of the cutting structure to deliver ROP gains up to 82% faster than traditional cutting structures while generating core fragments you can analyze.

Replacing the inefficient compression failure mechanism in the center of a traditional cutting structure, the MicroCORE system cuts around the center of the hole creating a small core, applies a simple lateral force to break, and sends the core to the surface with the regular cuttings.

The MicroCORE fragments, not impacted by the shearing of the cutters, provide geologists with an intact structure for analysis on the surface.

Force balanced with CFD and FEA analysis, the MicroCORE system ensures optimized energy is delivered to the most efficient cutters on the bit delivering higher ROP, better durability and a cleaner borehole.
