The Coretrax® CX®-Downhole Filtration Tool has been developed to remove debris and validate the cleanliness of the wellbore. While running in the hole, the brushing element removes the debris from the ID of the casing. Once WBCU is complete, as the string is pulled out of hole, validation of the wellbore begins. Wellbore fluid is diverted into the tool and debris is collected and retained by the wire mesh while the filtered wellbore fluid is able to pass through.
