The JWS Swarf Handling Unit (SHU) is designed and build at JWS Engineering`s premises in Sandnes.
The unit is designed to remove swarf and other debris from the fluid during milling operations
The unit has the following advantages/features:
•Certified for EX zone 1 and ATEX
•Small footprint due to integrated components – all in one skid
•Integrated dual Mission pumps for redundancy
•Integrated gas sensor and fume extraction head
•Integrated magnets for removal of smaller pieces
•Automatic volume control in the holding tank
•Possibility for interface with Drillers Cabin
•All functions are remote controlled with option for manual override
•Rotating drum protected by lightweight hatches that automatically shuts down unit if opened
