The STEP OILTOOLS portable tank cleaning system is a solution to offshore mud tank cleaning that vastly improves the safety by eliminating or minimising man entry into mud tanks, reduces waste produced while cleaning tanks and greatly reduced the time to clean tanks.
The portable tank cleaning system is a closed loop tank cleaning solution that incorporates a high pressure feed pump design to provide over 200 gpms at 250 psi to up to two programmable or non-programmable tank cleaning machines. The DNV 2.7.1 skid is compact and houses the wash solution tank, pressure pump and the closed loop pump system.
