SwellRight™ swellable sleeves are a flexible barrier solution suitable for applications where a pressure seal or zonal isolation is required.
Tendeka’s SwellRight swellable sleeves reduce well construction costs, extend well life, and improve well integrity. These permanent packers provide the long term stability and reliability required to isolate producing zones.
SwellRight sleeves are primarily intended for fast turnaround, high value applications and land wells in remote locations. They are optimised for both cased hole and open hole applications.
Our expert material scientists have developed proprietary elastomer technology that has been field proven in many installations to deliver reliable isolation performance across a variety of temperature and salinity profiles. After swelling, the element retains full flexibility and is able to react to subsequent changes in well bore geometry.
The SwellRight range generates greater radial seal force than any other swell packer on the market. The low profile, slide-on, swellable sleeve is available as an oil or water swelling elastomer and comes in various lengths providing up to 3000 psi differential pressure at temperatures up to 480oF (250oC).
Swellable sleeves are available in standard sizes 2 7/8”, 4 1/2”, 5 1/2” & 6 5/8” or can be custom-designed specifically for the well requirements.
