Multi-Element Swellable Sleeve System for Zonal Isolation
SwellFix™ swellable sleeves are a flexible barrier solution suitable for many applications where a pressure seal or zonal isolation is required.
Tendeka’s next generation SwellFix swellable sleeves help reduce well construction costs, extend well life, and improve well integrity. These permanent packers provide the long-term stability and reliability required to isolate producing zones. After swelling, the element retains its flexibility and is able to react to subsequent changes in wellbore geometry.
SwellFix sleeves are designed for both open- and cased-hole use in a variety of applications. They ultimately save rig time and offer a fast turnaround, so represent a cost-effective solution.
Our expert material scientists have developed proprietary elastomer technology that has been field proven in many installations to deliver reliable isolation performance across a variety of temperature and salinity profiles.
Our SwellFix sleeves use the same high performance compounds as the SwellFix packer. An integral steel core and bi-directional elements enable the sleeve to perform in the most demanding open hole conditions, generating greater radial seal force than any other swell packer on the market.
Dual elements allow oil, water or a combination of swell elastomers to be utilized. Each sleeve provides 1,000 psi of differential pressure across a temperature range of 32ºF to 480ºF (0ºC to 250ºC). Swellable sleeves are available in standard sizes from 4” to 9 5/8” pipe or custom-designed for specific well requirements.
